PAYMENT
We accept payment by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We request a 24 hour notice for cancellation.
Appointments for multiple spa services and / or bridal parties require a credit card to hold the reservation and
72 hours notice for cancellation.
We do recommend that you always schedule your next experience prior to leaving in order to guarantee the availability
of your desired service(s) and times.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations of less than 72 hours for spa packages and bridal packages will be charged 50% of total service(s) cost.

CELLULAR PHONES & PAGERS
For all of our guests’ comfort, cellular phones and pagers need to be turned off in the salon and spa area.
CHILDREN
Parents please note that making your child and pet care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our
other guests will enjoy your time with us to the fullest.
GRATUITIES
Optional. Never expected, but always appreciated.

service and it will our pleasure to make any adjustments.
