The precautions we are taking will be temporary as we navigate our business at the moment. We ask that you be kind and gracious as this is a time unfamiliar to all of us!

 

We have installed plexiglass at guest check out and in between shampoo bowls. We have removed chairs to meet the 6 ft social distancing guidelines and cleared up our front retail area for ease of access.

 

We are sharing what we will be doing for your safety and ours and what you can expect at your appointment. We are following guidelines from the CDC and Central District Health, and continue to meet and exceed these guidelines. Our guests have appreciated curbside purchases of Aveda products,and we will continue to do this!

 

 

What does this mean for you, our loyal guest?

 

  • Staff will be wearing masks for our protection and yours

 

  • Staff temperature will be checked before coming to work

 

  • Staff will sanitize the area they work in before each new guest

 

  • Staff will provide each guest with a new clean cape

 

  • Staff will wash or sanitize hands before and after each guest

 

  • Staff can provide a mask for you for $3 if you don’t have one

 

 

What we will need from you when you come for your appointment?

 

When you arrive for your appointment please call the salon and let us know you’re here as we are only allowing 4 people to wait inside and two outside in chairs- provided the rest of arrivals will remain in their cars until we call them in.

 

  • Please come to your appointment alone. Kids receiving cuts may have one parent with them of course.

 

  • Please come with a mask, one that fits behind ears if you are in for hair, so we may work around it a bit easier.

 

  •  Please only bring what is on your body, your wallet (no purse), and phone.

 

  • Upon entry, you will receive a warm hand towel to clean your hands and then touch-less hand sanitizer after.

 

  • We are providing a touch-less checkout at the station and a front area check as well.

 

We are so excited to see you and we want your time with us in the salon to be enjoyable, but also a place you feel safe and taken care of! Can't wait!
