At Rain Salon & Spa our mission is to nurture the individual’s inner beauty and spirit while providing a unique relaxing experience for our guest. Our salon will build relationships and beauty from the inside out while caring for the world we live in.

 

Face Coverings

Face coverings at Rain Salon & Spa are not required for our guests and employees. If you are more comfortable with your service provider wearing a face covering during your service with them, please let them know and they will be more than happy to wear one during your time with us!

 

Appointment Times

Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary, Appointment for all services require a credit card to book and hold the reservation. We do recommend that you always schedule your next experience prior to leaving in order to guarantee the availability of your desired service(s) and times.

 

Upon Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early. This allow time to change into a robe if necessary, Complete paper work, enjoy Aveda tea or wine and relax. Late arrivals will still finish on the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee remains the same.

 

Valuables

Please do not bring valuables to salon or spa, some treatments require removal of jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. When coloring or perming hair please wear appropriate clothing as we are not responsible for damage items.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be present at time of service and cannot be traced if lost. Gift cards are transferable but are nonrefundable.

 

Cancellation

Here at Rain, we understand our guests have busy lives, so our cancellation policy gives you flexibility when canceling appointments. We ask you to notify us 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments, 72 hours for parties of 3 or more.  This gives our technicians a chance to rebook the appointment. We will require a credit card to book and hold the  reservation . If the reservations is canceled after the 48 hour window the card will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service and a 100% for “no shows”.  In the case of a Groupon we will require the Groupon number to hold your reservation , if you “no show “ the appointment your Groupon will be redeemed for the “no show” apt. Regular cancellation policy follows for all Groupons. Thank you for understanding.

 

Payment

We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and cash.

 

Cellular Phones

For all of our guests comfort, cellular phones need to be turned off in the salon and spa area.

 

Children

Parents please note that making your child and pet care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our other guests will enjoy your time with us the fullest.

 

Gratuities

Optional. Always appreciated… but never expected. Guests follow the standard  gratuity guidelines used in service related businesses of 15-20%

 

For the convenience of groups of four (4) or more an 18% gratuity will automatically be added for all services. There will be a 50% up front deposit to hold the appointments. If for some reason the group cancels before our 3 day policy the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding.
